Tell me about your best Carnival ever!  What year was it?  What made it so special?

2008.  Spent quality time with my true loved ones.

Do you have a worst Carnival experience?  If so, care to share what made it so terrible?

Never really had a worst experience.  Carnival is all about rolling with the punches.  But if the people who you are spending your time with not on the same level as you, then it may not be as great as it can be.  Preparation is also key.

What about Carnival regrets?  Which, if any, come to mind?

Nope.  None.  Been happy  everytime and with everything I've done with my  Carnivals....hence why I keep coming home every year.

Do you have a Carnival credo?  Or, an approach / belief about playing mas that you live by every Carnival season?

Enjoy it, love it wholly.  Make sure that you have lots of pictures, cause those memories can carry you through some cold, long winters.

Are you loyal to any one Carnival band?

Tribe.

What does your Carnival itinerary usually look like from Carnival Wednesday to Ash Wednesday?

Carnival Wednesday - this year (2008) I actually jus' lime and sleep, but normally Bacchanal Wednesday.  Thursday - Beach House, UWI Splash.  Friday - normally, jus' chill, but they have Blue Range, Girl Power, Soca Monarch...

How do you deal with your Carnival Tabanca?

Listen to music and wine whole day in my house, especially when I doing the dishes and cleaning.   I don't give into the tabanca.  I jus' enjoy the brilliant memories.

Do you have an all-time favorite costume?  Can you describe what it looked like?

My Angel Fish in Tribe 2006, I think.  Bandeau top, all oranges, reds, yellows, tie dye...it flattered everyone.

If you could design your ultimate Carnival costume, what would it look like?

Ok, I thought this was supposed to be fun...to describe all ah dat!!!  Once it has brilliant colours and flatters any body type.  And...the less, the better - nothing to get in the way of a good wine!!!

What is your pre-Carnival workout routine made up of?

Nothing.

What do you do with your costume after Carnival?

That costume starts joining the bin from before Carnival Monday.  I always alter my costume a lil bit, then the head piece and jewelry are always first to disappear after the first stage is crossed, normally given to children on the street.  Then, by the end of Tuesday, it is all in the bin.  The costume needs to be laid to rest cause it worked hard and is very, very sweaty.

What advice would you give to a Carnival newbie?

Make sure you have at least one veteran, cause you are spoilt for choice with parties and bands to partake in.  but most importantly, come with an open mind and heart, and doh stress nuttin!!!
