Making Your TRIBE Costume Sale / Purchase Legitimate
TRIBE IS NO LONGER DOING COSTUME TRANSFERS!  If you have purchased a costume from someone, ensure that they provide you with a signed letter authorizing you to collect the costume on their behalf, accompanied by a copy of their picture ID (which must have a signature).
